Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if it is physical goods.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Subscription services which are already in use
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To qualify for a full or partial refund you must demonstrate that we have failed to deliver the purchased product, it was not as described, or there is a fault with the product for which we are responsible for. Asking for refunds due to changes in your personal circumstances, problems with your access down to software or hardware issues on your end and other similar reasons are not considered valid grounds for a refund, and you acknowledge this on making a purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
Our onsite products are all digital and are delivered either via email or to additional access areas once logged in. Consequently, no shipping fees apply. However in the case of physical goods such as with our merchandise store you will need to follow the shipping rules and costs that Spreadshirt outline. We are not responsible or liable for any shipping costs. Charede Gaming is also not liable in cases of orders which go missing in the post. Please address these issues with the parcel carrier and the shopping site on which you place the order.
Refund Policy relating to specific services and products
Charede Gaming Subscription Service
Charede Gaming subscriptions are subject to the general criteria mentioned above. If the subscription has expired, you are not entitled to a refund. In the case of a partially used subscription, these can be refunded. However, you must provide proof of purchase as well as demonstrate a legitimate reason for cancellation, see information above.
Off-site Subscription Services
We use Patreon and Gamewisp as off-site subscription services. The refund policies of these sites apply in these cases.
Charede Gaming Tips
Tips made to Charede, and Charede Gaming are considered non-refundable. This is a term you agree to before making a tip, and you agree not to charge back or cancel the transaction.
Charede Gaming Crowdfunding
When contributing to Charede Gaming via crowdfunding platforms such as Kickstarter, Patreon, IndieGoGo, etc you agree to follow the refund policy as outlined on the projects page as well as the websites general refund policy.
Charede Livestream Contributions
Livestream contribution covers both tips, product and equipment. If you have made a contribution, these are considered non-refundable. Items such as digital games and money tips (be it real world currency or digital currencies such as bitcoins etc.) are considered to be used as of immediately receiving them. This is due to these contributions being invested into the livestream, used towards the cost of equipment or other expenses, or applied to an account to which they cannot be detached. As a result, we cannot refund. You fully acknowledge the risk and that you have full ownership of the item/s which you are handing over to Charede and Charede Gaming. Charede and Charede gaming are not liable for any shipping incurred by sending the items. Nor is Charede or Charede Gaming liable for any legal implications in the event you have illegitimately obtained the money or items contributed. You accept full legal liability in the event of prosecution and will accept responsibility for any damages or legal penalty incurred as a result.
